Brief:
  • Position IKEA as an enabler of play.
  • Increase store revisits.

 

Observation:
  • Most customers keep their receipts for return and replacement purposes.
  • Customers love IKEA’s free pencils.

 

Idea:

Let’s turn the receipt into a fun little game that entertains our customers and gives them a reason to return to the store… we have plenty of pencils.
